Our return policy lasts up to 7 days. If 7 days have passed since the delivery of your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It should also be in the original packaging.
Wrong product handover in return:
Action will be taken based on the package opening footage and only the product we received will be returned. In such cases, the seller will not be liable for any damages and no action will be taken if the customer fails to raise the query within 7 days of pickup.
Many types of goods are exempted from return. Perishable items such as boxer shorts, sunglasses, leather jackets, and socks cannot be returned.
Additional Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- For additional products that cannot be returned, they are specified in the product description.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
In certain situations, only a partial refund is given (if applicable).

Refund (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your House of Rare wallet/source of payment/bank account (for COD only) within 7-10 working days.
Late or missing refund (if applicable)
If you haven't received the refund yet, first log back into your account and check.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately, some items cannot be refunded or returned on sale day.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only exchange items if they are faulty or damaged or the size does not fit correctly. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please log in to your account and request an exchange directly. There is no additional charge for any exchange orders. For new orders of lower value, the remaining amount will be refunded as a gift voucher.
Product exchange is subject to size availability.
gift
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the cost of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift giver placed the order themselves to be shipped to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.
Ship transport
To return your product, you can do so directly through our return center.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Self-carriage
If your pin-code is not in a serviceable area i.e. if our delivery agents are not able to come for pick-up, the customer will have to self-ship the product. Shipping charges will be refunded only if the customer provides a docket slip.
